"Auxiliary Manufacturing is the work of me, Michael Jarvis. After 15 years of restaurant work (everything from dishwasher to executive chef), I started making various pocket tools (Pry bars!) as a hobby, and making things slowly grew on me until I eventually made the transition to knives. I left my last restaurant position as general manager, to help a sick family member. In that time my hobby had become a job and with the help of my wife, got my shop set up in Febuary 2016 and never looked back.
