A bird-and-trout knife is built for finesse — small game, fish, fine detail work — and O'Hare adds an integral guard, forged from the same bar as the blade rather than pinned on, plus thumb serrations for control when you choke up on the spine. The blade is hand-rubbed CPM-154, a stainless that takes and holds a fine edge, and the warm brown G10 scales are impervious to water, fitting for a streamside knife. Handmade in Canada with a leather sheath.
Sean O'Hare's Newest model which still is unnamed but it sure makes a great Bird & Trout style knife with integral guard & thumb serrations
