Contacted Craig on a total whim to see if he was able to get a tool that I have wanted for a long time. Craig responded in record time, contacted the maker of the tool for me and had one special ordered. He kept in constant contact with me throughout the ordering process and even took a picture of my specific tool and sent it to me so I could lust after it while waiting for it to arrive by mail. I am so amped about Empire Outfitters and would recommend anyone do business with them. I am a definite promoter of the company. Expect more of my money soon ;)

I ordered a gift for my girlfriend that matched her EDC perfectly for Christmas from this company. Not only did they ship it promptly, I also received a sticker and a bunch of candy! An added benefit of this company is their unique stock. Many of the things found on the website are very difficult to procure elsewhere or not available. If you're looking for something unique or a high-end custom, this is certainly the place your search will conclude. The staff is great and I give the business a well-deserved 5 stars.

And the items are indeed quality. Be it rare, limited, or hard to get, Empire Outfitters can find their hands on it and allows anyone the opportunity to purchase and the shipping is prompt and always arrives ahead of schedule (at least for me). I bought a sprint run Spyderco Paramilitary 2 off of here on November 6, 2014. On November 8, the tracking number informed me that the knife was delivered in my mailbox by USPS (incredible fast shipping.) I got back to my house after work to see that the knife had been stolen right out of the mailbox. Proceeded to call Craig and inform him that he should file a claim with USPS. Craig immediately found another sprint run knife and had it sent to me to replace the one that had been stolen. Not a hiccup, complaint, or any sort of blame was issued by Craig or the EO crew. I will definitely be a lifetime customer and will recommend these guys to anyone who asks. Do not hesitate to order from this site. Thanks again, Craig!
