The Elvia is a collaboration between Turner CNC, Inc. and Ed Calderon of Ed's Manifesto. The Elvia is Ed's signature blade design and it is directly inspired by a knife his mother used to carry every day.

Our version of the Elvia features a 3D machined CPM 3V blade. The Elvia blade transitions from a hollow grind at the heel for increased cutting performance, to a flat grind at the tip for strength. CPM 3V is a Crucible powdered metal steel that has high toughness while still having good edge retention. Our blades are all professionally vaccum heat treated and then liquid nitrogen treated for maximum toughness.

The handle scales are Our in-house made hardware is removable using a penny allowing for storage under the scales and field maintenance without special tools.

The sheath is an ambidextrous Kydex deep carry design that can be disassembled for cleaning. The sheath comes with a Discreet Carry Concepts Mod W clip, and the clip is removable for different carry methods.

We are offering the Elvia with two different blade finish options for this run:

Diamond Like Carbon (DLC): This is a premier finish option and one of the best available in the industry. It resists scratches and corrosion better than almost any other coating. It is permanently bonded to the surface of the steel and will not flake or peel.

Heat Treat Oxides: The Heat Treat oxides are formed during the vaccum heat treatment of the blade steel and offer a unique look that varies from blade to blade. This finish is not as scratch resistant and will eventually wear with use.
