CPM-3V is a tough, high-chromium tool steel that takes abuse and keeps going — Tobin runs it here in a full flat ground flipper with a hand-rubbed finish, paired with smooth black G10 scales accented by triple Thin Blue Line inserts. At 2.8 ounces with a 3 7/32-inch blade, it's a lightweight liner lock with serious cutting steel behind it. Note: this one's been carried — small nick near the tip and faint marks on the clip.
